Owner
Following my university studies in Exercise Science, I’ve honed my expertise working with a diverse array of athletes, from beginners to elite competitors, and exploring various training modalities. As the owner and operator of my own CrossFit affiliate for more than a decade, I’ve developed an in-depth understanding of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity fitness. My passion lies in teaching individuals not just how to move, but also why movement matters. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the industry, which has enriched my coaching approach.
